Version tags create reproducible Windows x64 artifacts and static documentation.
Release flow
A matching v* tag installs from yarn.lock, generates and validates SQLite, runs checks, creates Squirrel and ZIP artifacts and publishes a draft release. Stable tags also deploy this prerendered documentation to GitHub Pages.
This documentation build identifies itself as v0.0.13 and links to the immutable source tag used to produce it.
