Stable tags
Push a stable vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH tag from master to run validation, package unsigned Windows x64 Squirrel Setup and portable ZIP builds with Electron Forge, and publish the artifacts with SHA-256 checksums.
Updates and documentation
Packaged Windows builds check GitHub Releases for updates. The static documentation is built with the /qdb-downloader/ base path and deployed to GitHub Pages only after the Windows release succeeds.
